101 - كما أشير في القرار إلى أن نقص الاستعداد في الميدان السياسي أو الاجتماعي أو الاقتصادي أو التعليمي ينبغي ألا يُتخذ ذريعة لتأخير الاستقلال، وإلى أن كل محاولة تستهدف التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لأي من البلدان تكون منافية لميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

7. Paragraph 6 of resolution 1514 (XV) states that any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial integrity of a country -- in this case, the Argentine Republic -- is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
7 - وتنص الفقرة السادسة من القرار 1514 (د-15) على أن كل محاولة تستهدف التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لأي بلد - والمقصود هنا جمهورية الأرجنتين - تكون متنافية مع مقاصد ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومبادئه.

This principle was subsequently reiterated by General Assembly resolution 2625 (XXV) of 24 October 1970, which reaffirmed the incompatibility with the purposes and principles of the Charter of any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the territorial integrity of a State.

He cited, in that connection, General Assembly resolution 1514 (XV) of 14 December 1960, which stated that any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial integrity of a country was incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
وأشار في هذا الصدد إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 1514 (د-15)المؤرخ 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1960، الذي جاء فيه أن كل محاولة تستهدف التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لأي بلد تكون متنافية ومقاصد ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومبادئه.
