To ensure the effectiveness of the Nairobi Action Plan as a means of guidance, the States Parties acknowledge the need to regularly monitor progress in the pursuit of the aims of the Nairobi Action Plan and to identify challenges that remain.
وبغية ضمان فعالية خطة عمل نيروبي بوصفها وسيلة للتوجيه، تسلم الدول الأطراف بالحاجة إلى رصد التقدم المحرز على درب تحقيق أهداف الخطة بشكل منتظم وتحديد التحديات التي ستظل تواجهها.

1. States Parties recognize the right of persons with disabilities to education. With a view to realizing this right without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity, States Parties shall ensure an inclusive, education system at all levels, and lifelong learning, directed to:
1 - تسلم الدول الأطراف بحق المعوقين في التعليم ولإعمال هذا الحق دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص تكفل الدول الأطراف نظاما تعليميا جامعا على جميع المستويات وتعلما مدى الحياة موجهين نحو ما يلي:

[States Parties recognize that in situations of risk to the general population persons with disabilities are especially vulnerable and shall take all feasible measures for their protection.]
[تسلم الدول الأطراف بأنه في حالات الخطر التي تهدد عموم السكان يصبح المعوقون معرضين بوجه خاص للخطر ويكون عليها أن تتخذ جميع التدابير الممكنة عمليا لحمايتهم.]

2. States Parties recognize that children with disabilities should enjoy a full and decent life, in conditions that ensure dignity, promote self-reliance and autonomy, and facilitate the child's active participation in the community.
2 - تسلم الدول الأطراف بأنه ينبغي أن ينعم الأطفال المعوقون بحياة حافلة وكريمة في ظروف تكفل لهم كرامتهم وتعزز استقلاليتهم واعتمادهم على النفس وتيسر مشاركتهم في المجتمع.

States Parties recognize the right of all persons with disabilities to education with a view to achieving this right [progressively and] on the basis of equal opportunity. States Parties commit themselves to the goal of inclusiveness of their general education systems.

(1) States Parties recognize the right of persons with disabilities to education.

(a) States Parties recognize that priority shall be given to the full integration of persons with disabilities in the open labour market and that employment of persons with disabilities outside the open labour market should be reduced to and maintained at the minimum level possible.
(أ) تسلم الدول الأطراف بإعطاء الأولوية للإدماج الكامل للمعوقين في سوق العمل المفتوحة وبأن عمل المعوقين خارج سوق العمل المفتوحة ينبغي أن يُخفض إلى أدنى مستوى ممكن وينبغي إبقاؤه عند هذا المستوى.

65. In accordance with the Convention, States Parties recognize the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in supporting national efforts for the full realization of the rights of persons with disabilities (art. 32).
65- وفقاً للاتفاقية تسلم الدول الأطراف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه، دعماً للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى الإعمال الكامل لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة (المادة 32)().

17. States Parties recognize that fulfilling their obligations will require sustained substantial political, financial and material commitments, provided both through national commitments and international, regional and bilateral cooperation and assistance, in accordance with the obligations under Article 6.
17- تسلم الدول الأطراف بأن الوفاء بالتزاماتها سوف يتطلب وجود التزامات سياسية ومالية ومادية كبيرة ومستمرة سواء من خلال الالتزامات الوطنية أو من خلال التعاون والمساعدة على الصُعد الدولي والإقليمي والثنائي، وفقاً للالتزامات المحددة بموجب المادة 6.

13. States Parties recognize that fulfilling their obligations will require sustained substantial political, financial and material commitments, provided both through national commitments and international, regional and bilateral cooperation and assistance, in accordance with the obligations under Article 6 (3) and 6 (4).
13- تسلم الدول الأطراف بأن الوفاء بالتزاماتها سوف يتطلب وجود التزامات سياسية ومالية ومادية كبيرة ومستمرة سواء من خلال الالتزامات الوطنية أو من خلال التعاون والمساعدة الأقاليميين والإقليميين والثنائيين، وفقاً للالتزامات المحددة بموجب المادة 6(3) و6(4).

2. States Parties recognize that detailed arrangements concerning liability for damage caused on the Moon, in addition to the provisions of the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies and the Convention on International Liability for Damage Caused by Space Objects, may become necessary as a result of more extensive activities on the Moon.
