3. The offences referred to in article 2 shall be treated, for the purpose of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the requested States Parties.
3 - إذا لزم الأمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، لأغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول الأطراف، كما لو أنها ارتكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب، بل أيضا في أقاليم الدول المقدمة للطلبات.

" 5. For purposes of extradition between the States Parties, none of the offences set forth in article 1 shall be regarded as a political offence or as an offence connected with a political offence or as an offence inspired by political motives.
" ٥ - ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، لا يعتبر أي من الجرائم المذكورة في المادة ١ جرما سياسيا أو جرما مرتبطا بجرم سياسي أو جرما ذا دوافع سياسية.

4. The offences set forth in article 2 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the States Parties to this Convention.
٤ - ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، تعتبر الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ كما لو أنها ارتكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في أراضي الدول اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية.

5. For purposes of extradition between the States Parties, none of the offences set forth in article 1 shall be regarded as a political offence or as an offence connected with a political offence or as an offence inspired by political motives.
٥ - ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، لا يعتبر أي من الجرائم المذكورة في المادة ١ جرما سياسيا أو جرما مرتبطا بجرم سياسي أو جرما ذا دوافع سياسية.

4. The offences referred to in article 1 shall be treated, for the purpose of extradition between Contracting States, as if they shall had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territories of the requested States.
٤ - لغرض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول المتعاقدة، تعتبر الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ١ كأنها ارتكبت لا في مكان وقوعها وحده، بل أيضا في أقاليم الدول المقدم إليها الطلب.

4. If necessary, the offences set forth in article 2 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territory of the States that have established jurisdiction in accordance with article 6, paragraphs 1 and 2.
4 - إذا لزم الأمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، لأغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول الأطراف، كما لو أنها ارتُكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في أقاليم الدول التي تكون قد قررت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرتين 1 و 2 من المادة 6 أيضا.

If necessary, the offences set forth in article 2 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territory of the States that have established jurisdiction in accordance with article 7, paragraphs 1 and 2.
٤ - إذا لزم اﻷمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كما لو أنها ارتكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في إقليم الدولة التي تكون قد قررت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرتين ١ و ٢ من المادة ٧ أيضا.

٤ - تُعامل كل جريمة من تلك الجرائم، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كما لو أنها ارتُكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل أيضا في أراضي الدول المطلوب منها تقرير ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٤.

If necessary, the offences set forth in article 2 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if they had been committed not only in the place in which they occurred but also in the territory of the States that have established jurisdiction in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 5.
٤ - إذا لزم اﻷمر، تعامل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كما لو أنها ارتُكبت لا في المكان الذي وقعت فيه فحسب بل في إقليم الدولة التي تكون قد قررت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرتين ١ و ٢ من المادة ٥ أيضا.

٤ - كل جريمة من هذه الجرائم تعتبر، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كأنها ارتكبت لا في مكان وقوعها وحده، بل أيضا في إقليم كل من الدول اﻷطراف التي قررت ولايتها على هذه الجرائم وفقا للفقرة ١ أو الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٠١.

4. 4. Each of the crimes set out in article 10 shall be treated, for the purposes of extradition between States Parties, as if it had been committed not only in the place in which it occurred but also with the territories of the States Parties referred to under paragraph 1 or 2 of article 10.
٤ - كل جريمة من الجرائم المبيﱠنة في المادة ١١ تعتبر، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كأنها ارتكبت لا في مكان وقوعها وحده، بل أيضا في إقليم كل من الدول اﻷطراف المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ أو الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٠١.

" ٤ - تعتبر كل جريمة من الجرائم المبيﱠنة في المادة ١١، ﻷغراض تسليم المجرمين فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف، كأنها ارتكبت لا في مكان وقوعها وحده بل أيضا في إقليم كل من الدول المطلوب إليها تقرير ولايتها وفقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٢١.
