(a) To encourage High Contracting Parties, with the view to minimize the failure rate of ammunition, to carry out measures to ensure the safe storage of their munitions and in particular to pay special attention to the quantity of munitions being stored, aging munitions, the adequacy of the infrastructure of the storage facilities and ongoing management of storage munitions sites;
(أ) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على تنفيذ تدابير تكفل سلامة حفظ ذخائرها، بغية الحد من معدلات فشل الذخائر، وإيلاء اهتمام خاص لكمية مخزونات الذخائر وعمرها ومدى ملاءمة الهيكل الأساسي لمرافق التخزين والإدارة السليمة على الدوام لمواقع تخزين الذخائر؛

(a) To encourage High Contracting Parties to support the social and economic reintegration of victims of explosive remnants of war and to report on practical and policy measures undertaken either in their national annual reports or to the 2014 Meeting of Experts.
(أ) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على دعم إعادة تأهيل ضحايا المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب اجتماعياً واقتصادياً، والإبلاغ عن التدابير العملية والسياساتية المتخذة في هذا الصدد إما في تقاريرها السنوية الوطنية أو في تقارير لاجتماع الخبراء المقرر في عام 2014؛

(a) To encourage High Contracting Parties to carry out measures to ensure the safe storage of their munitions and in particular to pay special attention to the quantity of munitions being stored, aging munitions, the adequacy of the infrastructure of the storage facilities and ongoing management of storage munitions sites;
(أ) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على تنفيذ تدابير لضمان التخزين الآمن لذخائرها، وبخاصة إيلاء عناية خاصة لكمية الذخائر المخزنة، والذخائر القديمة، ومدى ملاءمة الهياكل الأساسية لمرافق التخزين، والإدارة المستمرة لمواقع تخزين الذخائر؛

(c) To encourage High Contracting Parties to include detailed information in reporting form B on steps taken to implement the provisions of Article 4 and the Technical Annex, including through using the Article 4 generic electronic template, and to continue the consideration of national practices of recording of information on explosive ordnance;
(ج) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على إدراج معلومات مفصلة في استمارة الإبلاغ باء بشأن الخطوات المتخذة لتنفيذ أحكام المادة 4 والمرفق التقني، بما في ذلك عبر استخدام النموذج الإلكتروني العام المتعلق بالمادة 4، ومواصلة النظر في الممارسات الوطنية لتسجيل المعلومات المتعلقة بالأجهزة المتفجرة؛

(c) To encourage High Contracting Parties to include information in reporting forms B and H on steps taken by them to implement the provisions of Article 4 concerning the recording, retaining and transmission of information, and the steps taken to issue appropriate instructions and operating procedures and to provide training to its personnel pursuant to the provisions of Article 11; and
(ج) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على إدراج معلومات في استمارتي الإبلاغ باء وحاء بشأن الخطوات التي اتخذتها لتنفيذ أحكام المادة 4() فيما يتعلق بتسجيل المعلومات والاحتفاظ بها ونقلها، والخطوات المتخذة من أجل إصدار التعليمات الملائمة والإجراءات العملية وتقديم التدريب لأفرادها عملاً بأحكام المادة 11؛

(c) To encourage High Contracting Parties, relevant international organizations and institutions which might be in a position to do so, to consider providing assistance in response to requests submitted under Article 7 of the Protocol, or in response to needs identified in other ways, including during the Meetings of Experts;

(d) The Coordinator on National Reporting with the assistance of the CCW Implementation Support Unit to consider how To encourage High Contracting Parties to report on their obligations relating them clearly as required with the national reporting form.

(ج) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على إدراج معلومات مفصلة في استمارة الإبلاغ باء بشأن الخطوات المتخذة لتنفيذ أحكام المادة 4 والمرفق التقني، بما في ذلك عبر استخدام النموذج الإلكتروني العام المتعلق بالمادة 4، ومواصلة النظر في الممارسات الوطنية لتسجيل المعلومات المتعلقة بالأجهزة المتفجرة؛

(d) To encourage the High Contracting Parties to comply with the requirement of submitting initial National reports and their annual updates and to invite the observer States to provide national reports on a voluntary basis.

(b) To encourage affected High Contracting Parties to provide updates on their implementation of ongoing national programmes in the fields of surveillance, clearance and destruction of ERW.

(a) To encourage those High Contracting Parties, relevant international organizations and institutions in a position to do so to provide cooperation and assistance for addressing the impact of explosive remnants of war, which continues to be the explosive devices that cause the highest numbers of new casualties and victims each year.
(أ) تشجيع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والمنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية المعنية التي هي في وضع يسمح لها القيام بذلك على التعاون وتقديم المساعدة اللازمة للتصدي لأضرار المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب، التي لا تزال هي الأجهزة المتفجرة التي تخلف أكبر عدد من الإصابات والضحايا كل عام؛
