The Committee notes that the State party's legislation does not, in principle, allow members of different religions to inherit from each other; it has learned from the delegation's explanations, however, that a Muslim can draw up a will in favour of a non-Muslim.

14. The Committee notes with concern that the State party's legislation does not provide for special measures to remedy disadvantaged situations experienced by certain ethnic groups.
14- تلاحظ اللجنة بقلق أن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تنص على تدابير خاصة للانتصاف في حالات الحرمان التي تتعرض لها بعض المجموعات الإثنية.

33. The Committee is concerned that the State party's legislation does not explicitly allow extraterritorial jurisdiction for all the cases referred to in article 4, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, in particular when the alleged offender is a national of the State party.
33- تشعر اللجنة بالقلق من أن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تنص صراحة على الولاية خارج إقليم الدولة الطرف في جميع الحالات المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 من البروتوكول الاختياري، وبخاصة عندما يكون الجاني المزعوم من مواطني الدولة الطرف.

29. The Committee regrets that the State party's legislation does not explicitly allow extraterritorial jurisdiction for all the cases referred to in article 4, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol.
29- يساور اللجنة القلق لأن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تسمح صراحة بإحالة جميع القضايا المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 من البروتوكول الاختياري إلى ولاية قضائية خارج الإقليم.

The Committee remains concerned that, although the Constitution guarantees equality before the law, it does not enshrine the principle of equality between women and men in all spheres and that the State party's legislation does not contain an explicit definition of the principle of equality between women and men or of discrimination on the basis of sex.

It is however concerned that the legislation of the State party does not include protection measures for victims of offences, other than trafficking, also covered by the Optional Protocol.
ولكنها تشعر بالقلق لأن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تشمل تدابير حماية لضحايا الجرائم، خلاف الاتجار، التي يغطيها البروتوكول الاختياري.

20. The Committee is also concerned that the legislation of the State party does not criminalize the production or dissemination of materials advertising the sale of children, child prostitution or child pornography.

(17) The Committee notes with concern that the legislation of the State party does not allow conscientious objection to military service.

19. The Committee notes with concern that the legislation of the State party does not contain specific provisions prohibiting arms export from the State party to countries in a state of conflict, where children can be recruited or used in hostilities.
19- تلاحظ اللجنة مع القلق أن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تتضمن أحكاماً محددة تحظر تصدير الأسلحة من الدولة الطرف إلى البلدان التي هي في حالة نزاع، حيث يمكن تجنيد الأطفال أو استخدامهم في أعمال القتال.

While taking note that there are ongoing discussions in the State party concerning the drafting of a Discrimination Prohibition Law, the Committee nevertheless remains concerned that the legislation of the State party does not seem to respond fully to the requirements of article 4 of the Convention.
494- وإذ تحيط اللجنة علما بالمناقشات الجارية في الدولة الطرف بشأن صياغة قانون لحظر التمييز، لا يزال يراودها الشعور بالقلق لأن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تستجيب، على ما يبدو، استجابة كاملة، لمقتضيات المادة 4 من الاتفاقية.

108. The Committee expresses concern that the legislation of the State party does not contain either a definition of discrimination against women, in accordance with article 1 of the Convention, or the principle of equality of men and women, in line with article 2 (a) of the Convention.
