2. European Commission against Racism and Intolerance of the Council of Europe (CoE-ECRI) recommended that the Republic of Moldova make the declaration provided for in Article 14 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD).
2- وأوصت اللجنة الأوروبية لمناهضة العنصرية والتعصب التابعة لمجلس أوروبا جمهورية مولدوفا بأن تصدر الإعلان المنصوص عليه في المادة 14 من الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري(3).

Appeals strongly to all States that have not yet done so to become parties to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, as well as to accede to the Optional Protocols to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and to make the declaration provided for in article 41 of that Covenant;

The Committee recommends that the State party reconsider its position and make the declarations envisaged under article 22 of the Convention, in order to recognize the competence of the Committee to receive and consider individual communications.
توصي اللجنة بأن تعيد الدولة الطرف النظر في موقفها وأن تصدر الإعلان المنصوص عليه في المادة 22 من الاتفاقية، للاعتراف باختصاص اللجنة بتلقي البلاغات الفردية والنظر فيها.
