17. requests Governments to establish comprehensive policies, programmes and other measures, including through the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, to prevent victimization of women and girls and to protect victims of trafficking from revictimization;
17- تطلب إلى الحكومات وضع سياسات وبرامج وتدابير أخرى شاملة، بما في ذلك عن طريق جمع البيانات الكمية والنوعية، لمنع وقوع النسـاء والفتيـات ضحايا، ولحماية ضحايا الاتجار من الوقوع ثانية ضحايا له؛

5. requests Governments to cooperate with this research by providing information, resources and invitations to the experts to visit their countries to examine programmes and experiences concerning the eradication of poverty;

8. requests Governments concerned to give the necessary attention to the " urgent appeals " addressed to them by the Working Group on a strictly humanitarian basis and without prejudging the character of the detention;

5. calls upon the Governments whose forces are in occupation of part of the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to respect human rights and international humanitarian law in the areas still under their control;

9. calls upon all Governments to continue to facilitate the activities of the representative, encourages them to give serious consideration to inviting the representative to visit their countries so as to enable him to study and analyse more fully the issues involved, and thanks those Governments which have already done so;

The Committee may wish to request Governments to make relevant information available to the secretariat in a timely manner to facilitate the preparation of such draft guidelines.
