11. calls upon all Governments to take an active part in the Conference and its preparatory process, in particular by:

9. calls upon all Governments, as a matter of urgency, to make the most generous efforts possible to meet the anticipated needs of the Agency, and therefore urges non-contributing Governments to contribute regularly and 3/ See A/48/474, annex. contributing Governments to consider increasing their regular contributions.

8- تطلب إلى جميع الحكومات وإلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان وهيئات ووكالات الأمم المتحدة، فضلاً عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية ذات الصلة، أن تحتفل في 26 حزيران/يونيه بيوم الأمم المتحدة الدولي لمساندة ضحايا التعذيب، مع تركيز خاص في العام الحالي على تعويض ضحايا التعذيب؛

28. calls upon all Governments to cooperate with and assist the Special Rapporteur on the question of torture in the performance of his task, to supply all necessary information requested by him and to react appropriately and expeditiously to his urgent appeals;
28- تطلب إلى جميع الحكومات التعاون مع المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعذيب ومساعدته في أداء مهمته وتزويده بجميع المعلومات اللازمة التي يطلبها والاستجابة السريعة على نحو ملائم لنداءاته العاجلة؛

10. calls upon all Governments to facilitate the activities of the Representative of the Secretary-General, in particular those Governments with situations of internal displacement which have not yet extended invitations or responded positively to requests for information from the Representative;

15. requests all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur in the performance of the tasks and duties mandated, including by reacting promptly to the urgent appeals of the Special Rapporteur and providing the information requested;
