4. requests the Committee on Contributions to elaborate further on the criteria regarding ad hoc adjustments of the rates of assessment for consideration and approval by the General Assembly, in keeping with rule 160 of the rules of procedure of the Assembly, so as to facilitate further its consideration of such adjustments;
4 - تطلب إلى لجنة الاشتراكات أن توضح بقدر أكبر المعايير المتعلقة بالتعديلات الفردية لمعدلات الأنصبة المقررة للاشتراكات، للنظر فيها وإقرارها من قبل الجمعية العامة، تمشيا مع المادة 160 من نظامها الداخلي، حتى يتيسر لها النظر في تلك التعديلات؛

In that connection, the Committee recalled that the General Assembly had decided to request the Committee on Contributions to hold special sessions on a number of occasions, although such sessions take some time to organize and have financial implications for the Organization.
