4. requests the Centre for Human Rights of the Secretariat and the Commission on Human Rights, in cooperation with the existing human rights monitoring bodies, United Nations specialized agencies and programmes and other competent intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, to support efforts by the High Commissioner in the implementation of the Plan of Action;
٤ - تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان التابع لﻷمانة العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان القيام، بالتعاون مع الهيئات القائمة المعنية برصد حالة حقوق اﻹنسان، والوكالات المتخصصة والبرامج التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة، وسائر المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية المختصة، بدعم ما يبذله المفوض السامي من جهود لتنفيذ خطة العمل؛

21. requests the Centre for Human Rights, in cooperation with the relevant specialized agencies and development programmes, to develop and implement programmes, with the consent and cooperation of the Government of Cambodia, in the priority areas identified by the Special Representative, paying particular attention to vulnerable groups, including women, children and minorities;
١٢ - تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوم، بالتعاون مع الوكالات المتخصصة والبرامج اﻹنمائية ذات الصلة، بوضع وتنفيذ البرامج، بموافقة حكومة كمبوديا وتعاونها، في المجالات ذات اﻷولوية التي حددها الممثل الخاص، مع توجيه اهتمام خاص إلى الفئات الضعيفة ومن بينها النساء واﻷطفال واﻷقليات؛

21. requests the Centre for Human Rights, in cooperation with the relevant specialized agencies and development programmes, to develop and implement programmes, with the consent and cooperation of the Government of Cambodia, in the priority areas identified by the Special Representative, paying particular attention to women, children, disabled persons and minorities;
١٢- تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوم، بالتعاون مع الوكالات المتخصصة والبرامج الانمائية ذات الصلة، بوضع وتنفيذ البرامج، بموافقة حكومة كمبوديا وتعاونها، في المجالات ذات اﻷولوية التي حددها الممثل الخاص، مع توجيه اهتمام خاص إلى النساء واﻷطفال والمعوقين واﻷقليات؛

8. requests the Centre for Human Rights of the Secretariat and the Commission on Human Rights, in cooperation with Member States, human rights treaty-monitoring bodies, other appropriate bodies and competent non-governmental organizations, to support efforts of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to coordinate the Plan of Action;
٨ - تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان التابع لﻷمانة العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوما، بالتعاون مع الدول اﻷعضاء وهيئات رصد معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان وغيرها من الهيئات المناسبة والمنظمات غير الحكومية المختصة، بدعم ما يبذله مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الانسان من جهود لتنسيق خطة العمل؛

4. requests the Centre for Human Rights, in cooperation with the Department of Public Information, to finalize its comprehensive review of the programme of information and publications in the field of human rights, including the elaboration of a new information strategy, and to make an assessment of the effectiveness of this programme, and encourages the Centre to continue its efforts towards streamlining and focusing its publications programme;
٤ - تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن يُتم، بالتعاون مع إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام، استعراضه الشامل لبرنامج اﻹعلام والمنشورات في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان، بما فى ذلك وضع استراتيجية إعلامية جديدة، وأن يجري تقييما لفعالية هذا البرنامج، وتشجع المركز على مواصلة جهوده في سبيل صقل برنامج منشوراته وتركيزه؛

17. requests the Centre for Human Rights to assist, with the consent and cooperation of the Government of Cambodia, in providing advice and technical assistance with respect to the creation of an independent national institution for the protection and promotion of human rights, such as an ombudsman or a human rights commission;
١٧ - تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن يساعد، بموافقة حكومة كمبوديا وتعاونها، على تقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنية فيما يتعلق بإنشاء مؤسسة وطنية مستقلة لحماية وتعزيز حقوق اﻹنسان، كأمين للمظالم أو لجنة لحقوق اﻹنسان؛

20. requests the Centre for Human Rights, in cooperation with the relevant specialized agencies and development programmes, to develop and implement programmes, with the consent and cooperation of the Government of Cambodia, in the priority areas identified by the Special Representative, paying particular attention to women and vulnerable groups, including children and refugees;

22. requests the Centre for Human Rights, in cooperation with the relevant United Nations specialized agencies and development programmes, to develop and implement programmes, with the consent and cooperation of the Government of Cambodia, in the priority areas identified by the Special Representative, paying particular attention to vulnerable groups, including women, children and minorities;

5. requests the Centre for Human Rights of the Secretariat to continue its efforts to enhance cooperation between the United Nations and national institutions, particularly in the field of advisory services and technical assistance and of information and education, including within the framework of the world public information campaign for human rights;
٥ - تطلب إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان باﻷمانة العامة أن يواصل جهوده لزيادة التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والمؤسسات الوطنية، ولا سيما في مجال الخدمات الاستشارية والمساعدة التقنية، واﻹعلام والتثقيف، ضمن إطار الحملة اﻹعلامية العالمية من أجل حقوق اﻹنسان؛
