14. requests UN-Habitat to collaborate with the Division for Sustainable Development of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the Secretariat in the preparations for the twelfth session of the Commission on Sustainable Development to promote a fruitful discussion on the thematic cluster of issues on water, sanitation and human settlements;
14 - تطلب إلى موئل الأمم المتحدة التعاون مع شعبة التنمية المستدامة التابعة لإدارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بالأمانة العامة، في التحضيرات للدورة الثانية عشرة للجنة التنمية المستدامة من أجل تشجيع إجراء مناقشة مثمرة بشأن مجموعة مواضيعية من القضايا المتعلقة بالمياه والصرف الصحي والمستوطنات البشرية؛

11. calls upon UN-Habitat to strengthen its regional approach to coordination and implementation of its normative and operational activities and invites all countries in a position to do so to support the activities of UN-Habitat in this regard;

18. requests UN-Habitat, within its mandate, to continue to support the efforts of countries affected by natural disasters and complex emergencies to develop prevention, rehabilitation and reconstruction programmes for the transition from relief to development, and encourages UN-Habitat to continue to work closely with the members of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee and other relevant agencies in the United Nations system in this field;

" 10. requests UN-Habitat to continue to work with the World Bank, regional development banks, other development banks, regional organizations and other relevant partners to field-test innovative policies, practices and pilot projects in order to mobilize resources to increase the supply of affordable credit for slum upgrading and other pro-poor human settlements development in developing countries;
" 10 - تطلب إلى موئل الأمم المتحدة أن يواصل العمل مع البنك الدولي والمصارف الإنمائية الإقليمية وغيرها من المصارف الإنمائية والمنظمات الإقليمية، والشركاء الآخرين المعنيين بالاختبار الميداني للسياسات والممارسات المبتكرة والمشاريع التجريبية لحشد الموارد من أجل زيادة توفير الائتمانات المعقولة التكلفة لتحسين الأحياء الفقيرة وغير ذلك من أوجه تنمية المستوطنات البشرية المراعية للفقراء في البلدان النامية؛
