4. requests the Executive Director to cover in his report the efforts of Governments to meet the objectives and target dates established by the General Assembly at its twentieth special session, on the basis of a comprehensive, confidential and balanced treatment of information covering all aspects of the drug problem.
٤- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي أن يتناول في تقريره الجهود التي تبذلها الحكومات لبلوغ اﻷهداف والالتزام بالمواعيد المستهدفة التي حددتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية العشرين، وذلك بناء على معالجة شاملة وسرية ومتوازنة للمعلومات تشمل جميع جوانب مشكلة المخدرات.

11. requests the Executive Director of the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention to continue to strengthen cooperation between the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the Centre for International Crime Prevention, in particular in the areas of transnational organized crime and money-laundering;
١١ - تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب مكافحة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة مواصلة تعزيز التعاون فيما بين برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الدولي لمكافحة المخدرات والمركز المعني بمنع اﻹجرام الدولي، وبخاصة في مجالي الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية وغسل اﻷموال؛

3. requests the Executive Director to develop a strategy in support of refugees, returnees and displaced persons and their families in Africa in line with the System-wide Plan of Action for the Implementation of the United Nations New Agenda for the Development of Africa in the 1990s;
٣ - تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي أن يضع استراتيجية في مجال المستوطنات البشرية تعتمد على المهارات القائمة، لمؤازرة اللاجئين والعائدين والمشردين في افريقيا وفقا لخطة العمل على مستوى المنظومة من أجل تنفيذ برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الجديد للتنمية في افريقيا في التسعينات؛

7. requests the Executive Director to review, as part of the work programme of the Centre, recent trends in the development of urban informal settlements in developing countries, as well as countries in transition, including assessment of government policies towards such settlements, with a view to recommending future policy directions;

5. requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to take steps to ensure the provision of assistance, within available resources, to support the recommendations regarding the control of acetic anhydride adopted at the international meeting in Antalya;
5- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يتخذ خطوات لكفالة تقديم المساعدة، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، لدعم التوصيات المتعلقة بمراقبة أنهيدريد الخل التي اعتمدت في الاجتماع الدولي في أنطاليا؛

3. requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to convene informal joint meetings, at regular intervals, of donor and recipient countries on the planning and formulation of the operational activities of the Programme, including projects, taking into account the priorities of all Member States concerned;
3- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يعقد اجتماعات مشتركة غير رسمية، على فترات منتظمة، للبلدان المانحة والمتلقية بشأن تحديد وصياغة الأنشطة التنفيذية للبرنامج، بما في ذلك المشاريع، آخذا أولويات جميع الدول الأعضاء المعنية بعين الاعتبار؛

5. requests the Executive Director to present all reports and background information to the States members of the Commission early enough to enable them to prepare to take an active part in, and make a valuable contribution to, the deliberations of the Commission, including at inter-sessional meetings;

7. requests the Executive Director to continue to strengthen the Global Assessment Programme on Drug Abuse in order to develop minimum methodological criteria that make possible the collection and comparison of data at the national and international levels and to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session a report on progress achieved in that regard;
7- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي أن يواصل تعزيز البرنامج العالمي لتقدير مدى ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات لأجل وضع معايير منهجية دنيا تمكِّن من جمع البيانات والمقارنة بينها على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، وأن يقدم الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد؛

5. requests the Executive Director of the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention to report the proceedings of the symposium and the views of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice thereon to the Secretary-General for his consideration in finalizing his report on the implementation of General Assembly resolution 56/123.
5- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب مراقبة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة أن يبلِّغ وقائع الندوة وآراء لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في هذا الشأن الى الأمين العام، لكي ينظر فيها لدى وضع الصيغة النهائية لتقريره عن تنفيذ قرار الجمعية العامة 56/123.

3. requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 53/115, to provide all necessary support to the inter-sessional working group, including suggestions on the guidelines on reporting, so that it can fully perform its tasks.
٣ - تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات ، وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٣٥/٥١١ ، أن يقدم كل دعم ضروري للفريق العامل فيما بين الدورات بما في ذلك اقتراحات بشأن المبادىء التوجيهية لاجراءات الابلاغ ، لكي يتمكن من تأدية مهامه كاملة .

2. requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-second session on the follow-up of the Action Plan on International Cooperation on Eradication of Illicit Drug Crops and Promotion of Alternative Development Programmes and Projects.
٢ - تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة المعني بالمكافحة الدولية للمخدرات أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية واﻷربعين تقريرا عن متابعة خطة العمل الخاصة بالتعاون الدولي على ابادة المحاصيل المخدرة غير المشروع وتعزيز برامج ومشاريع التنمية البديلة .
