٩ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ما يلي:

9. requests the specialized agencies to take into account the Programme of Action for the Sustainable Development of Small Island Developing States, adopted by the Global Conference on the Sustainable Development of Small Island Developing States, 7/ in particular its application to small island Non-Self-Governing Territories;
٩ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة أن تضع في اعتبارها برنامج العمل للتنمية المستدامة للدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العالمي المعني بالتنمية المستدامة للدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية)٧(، ولا سيما انطباقه فيما يتعلق باﻷقاليم الجزرية الصغيرة غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي؛

2. requests the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system, as well as regional and other multilateral financial institutions, to continue their assistance to the Territory in the strengthening, development and diversification of the economy of Montserrat in accordance with its medium- and long-term development plans.
٢ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وكذلك المؤسسات المالية الاقليمية وغيرها من المؤسسات المالية المتعددة اﻷطراف، أن تواصل تقديم مساعدتها الى الاقليم في تعزيز اقتصاد مونتسيرات وتنميته وتنويعه وفقا لخطتيه الانمائيتين المتوسطة اﻷجل والطويلة اﻷجل.

6. requests the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system, as well as international and regional organizations, to examine and review conditions in each Territory so as to take appropriate measures to accelerate progress in the economic and social sectors of those Territories;
٦ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وكذلك المنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية، أن تدرس وتستعرض اﻷوضاع في كل إقليم لكي تتخذ التدابير الملائمة لﻹسراع بالتقدم في القطاعين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لتلك اﻷقاليم؛

2. requests the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system, as well as regional and other multilateral financial institutions, to continue their assistance to the Territory in the strengthening, development and diversification of the economy of Montserrat in accordance with its medium-term and long-term development plans.
٢ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وكذلك المؤسسات المالية الاقليمية وغيرها من المؤسسات المالية المتعددة اﻷطراف، أن تواصل تقديم مساعدتها الى الاقليم في تعزيز اقتصاد مونتسيرات وتنميته وتنويعه وفقا لخطتيه الانمائيتين المتوسطة اﻷجل والطويلة اﻷجل.

4. requests the specialized agencies and other United Nations bodies to inform the Secretary-General of the activities and programmes carried out to ensure development of life and technical sciences respectful of human rights, in order to contribute to the reports of the Secretary-General requested in resolution 1993/91 and decision 1993/113 of the Commission on Human Rights;
٤ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة إبلاغ اﻷمين العام باﻷنشطة والبرامج المضطلع بها لضمان تطوير علوم الحياة واﻷساليب التقنية التي تراعي احترام حقوق الانسان، بغية الاسهام في تقريري اﻷمين العام المطلوبين في قرار لجنة حقوق الانسان ١٩٩٣/٩١ ومقررها ١٩٩٣/١١٣؛

5. calls upon the specialized agencies and other institutions of the United Nations system to explore concrete ways of assisting the Turks and Caicos Government to reach its stated goal of achieving economic independence by 1996;
٥ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات اﻷخرى فى منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة أن تسعى لايجاد وسائل محددة لمساعدة حكومة تركس وكايكوس على تحقيق هدفها المعلن في تحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي بحلول عام ١٩٩٦؛

5. calls upon the specialized agencies and other institutions of the United Nations system to explore concrete ways of assisting the Turks and Caicos Government to reach its stated goal of achieving economic independence by 1996;
٥ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة أن تسعى ﻹيجاد وسائل محددة لمساعدة حكومة تركس وكايكوس على تحقيق هدفها المعلن المتمثل في تحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي بحلول عام ١٩٩٦؛
