In the absence of any further notification by a Member State submitted by 31 March 2003 requesting the retention of an item listed in paragraph 6 above, the remaining items mentioned therein, that is, items 12, 21, 30, 33, 40, 47, 54, 61, 64 and 66, were deleted from the list of matters of which the Security Council is seized.

12. In the absence of any notification by a Member State submitted by 15 March 2007 requesting the retention of an item listed in paragraph 10 above (with the exception of items 2, 3, 8 and 9 mentioned in paragraph 11 above), those items will be deleted from the list of matters of which the Security Council is seized.
12 - ونظرا لعدم قيام أي دولة عضو بإرسال أي إخطار آخر قبل 15 آذار/مارس 2007، تطلب فيه الإبقاء على بند من البنود الواردة في الفقرة 10 أعلاه، (باستثناء البنود 2 و 3 و 8 و 9 الواردة في الفقرة 11 أعلاه) فستحذف تلك البنود من قائمة المسائــل المعروضة على مجلس الأمن.

10 - وحيث إنه لم يرد حتى 15 نيسان/أبريل 2005 أي إخطار من دولة عضو تطلب فيه الإبقاء على بند من البنود الواردة في الفقرة 8 أعلاه (باستثناء البنود 2 و 3 و 8 المشار إليها في الفقرة 9 أعلاه)، سيتم حذف هذه البنود من قائمة المسائل المعروضة على مجلس الأمن.
