102. The Conference took note of the programmes and the deliberations held during the Second Meeting of the Consultative Council for the Implementation of the Strategy of development of science and technology in the Islamic Countries.
أخذ المؤتمر علما بالبرامج والمناقشات التي دارت خلال الاجتماع الثاني للمجلس الاستشاري لتنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية.

3. Encourages and supports the cooperation between the COMSTECH and the Islamic Development Bank for the promotion of Science and Technology in Member States.
3 - يشجع وتدعم التعاون القائم بين كومستيك والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية بغية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في الدول الأعضاء.

Having considered resolution 8/29 on the implementation of the strategy for the development of science and technology in Islamic Countries adopted at the twenty-ninth Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers held in Khartoum from 25-27 June 2002;
وبعد اطلاعها على القرار رقم 8/29 - ع ت بشأن تطبيق استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية، الصادر عن الدورة التاسعة والعشرين للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية، المنعقد بالخرطوم من 25 إلى 27 يونيو 2002،

3. Highly Appreciates the successful efforts of ISESCO and COMSTECH in preparing the final document of the implementation mechanisms of the strategy for the development of science and technology in Islamic Countries.
3 - يقدر عاليا للإيسيسكو والكومستيك جهودهما الموفقة في إعداد الوثيقة الختامية الخاصة بآليات تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية.

1. Approves the Resolutions and recommendations of the Second meeting of ISESCO Consultative Council on the Implementation of the Strategy for the development of science and technology in Islamic Countries,
1 - يعتمد قرارات وتوصيات الاجتماع الثاني للمجلس الاستشاري للإيسيسكو و توصيته بشأن تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية.

2. Highly appreciates the successful efforts of ISESCO and COMSTECH in preparing the final document of the implementation mechanisms of the strategy for the development of science and technology in the Islamic Countries,

Having considered resolution 8/10-ST(IS) on the implementation of the strategy for the development of science and technology in Islamic Countries adopted at the Tenth Session of the Islamic Summit Conference held in Putrajaya, Malaysia from 20 to 21 Shabaan 1424H (16 to 17 October 2003);
وبعد اطلاعه على القرار رقم 8/10 - ع ت (ق إ) بشأن تطبيق استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية، الصادر عن الدورة العاشرة لمؤتمر القمة الإسلامي في بوتراجيا بماليزيا يومي 20 و21 شعبان 1424هـ (الموافق 16 و17 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003)،

Taking note of Resolutions No.33/8-C (IS), and 48/9E(IS) on ratification of the Strategy for Developing Science and Technology in the Islamic Countries; and Resolution 8/30-ST on the implementation of this strategy,
وإذ يحيط علما بالقـرارات رقم 33/8 - ث (ق.إ)، والقرار رقم 48/9 - ث (ق إ) بشأن التصديق على استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية، والقرار 8/30 -ع ت بشأن تنفيذ الاستراتيجية،

TAKING NOTE OF Resolutions No.33/8-C (IS), and 48/9E(IS) on ratification of the Strategy for Developing Science and Technology in the Islamic Countries; and Resolution 8/30-ST on the implementation of this strategy;
وإذ يلاحظ القرارين رقم 33/8 - ت (ق إ) والقرار رقم 48/9 - إق (ق إ) بشأن تصديق استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية والقرار 8/30 - ع ت بشأن تنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجية،

3. Encourages and supports the cooperation between the COMSTECH and the Islamic Development Bank for the promotion of Science and Technology in Member States. Expresses appreciation to countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Malaysia and Pakistan for the generous voluntary contributions.
3 - يشجع وتدعم التعاون القائم بين كومستيك والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية بغية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في الدول الأعضاء، ويعرب عن تقديره للبلدان التي قدمت إسهامات طوعية سخية وتخص بالذكر المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الكويت وسلطنة عمان وماليزيا وباكستان.
