15. Encourages Member States to further strengthen their cooperation in protecting witnesses in cases of smuggling of migrants and trafficking in persons;

15. Encourages Member States to further strengthen their cooperation in protecting witnesses in cases of smuggling of migrants and trafficking in persons;
15- تشجِّع الدولَ الأعضاءَ على أن تواصل تعزيز تعاونها في مجال حماية الشهود في قضايا تهريب المهاجرين والاتجار بالأشخاص؛

Persons believed to be smuggled or trafficked should be brought before an independent judge without the involvement of the country of origin; States should renew their cooperation in protecting witnesses and victims who assist in identification and prosecution of smugglers and traffickers.
وينبغي أن يُعرَض الأشخاص الذين يُعتقد أنهم هُرِّبوا أو تم الاتجار بهم على قاض مستقل دون إشراك البلد الأصلي؛ وينبغي أن تجدد الدول تعاونها في مجال حماية الشهود والضحايا الذين يساعدون في التعرف على المهرِّبين والمتاجرين وفي مقاضاتهم.
