It notes with concern that these institutions are in some cases in a bad physical state and need adequately trained and competent staff and, therefore, recognizes with appreciation the reorganization of some of these institutions into family units of small groups of children.

18. Acknowledges with appreciation the ongoing efforts of the Executive Director to strengthen the United Nations Habitat and Human Settlements Foundation, and invites Governments that are in a position to do so, and their Habitat Agenda partners, to increase their financial contributions to the Foundation in a predictable manner;
18 - تعترف مع التقدير بالجهود الجارية التي تبذلها المديرة التنفيذية لتعزيز مؤسسة الأمم المتحدة للموئل والمستوطنات البشرية وتدعو الحكومات القادرة وشركاءهــا فـي جدول أعمال الموئل إلى زيادة مساهماتها المالية في المؤسسة بطريقة يمكن التنبؤ بها؛

(m) Acknowledges with appreciation the burden that continues to be shouldered by developing and least developed countries hosting refugees, and urges Member States to recognize this valuable contribution to the protection of refugees and to participating in efforts to promote durable solutions;
