2. an amendment adopted and approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of the present article shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the number of instruments of acceptance deposited reaches two thirds of the number of States parties at the date of adoption of the amendment.
2- يبدأ نفاذ كل تعديل اعتُمد وحظي بالموافقة وفقاً للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة اعتباراً من اليوم الثلاثين التالي للتاريخ الذي يبلغ فيه عدد صكوك القبول المودعة ثلثي عدد الدول الأطراف في تاريخ اعتماد التعديل.
