    If, after reasonable effort, the carrier is unable to locate the controlling party, the carrier shall so advise the shipper, and the shipper shall give instructions in respect of the delivery of the goods. UN وإذا تعذّر على الناقل بعد بذل جهد معقول، تحديد مكان الطرف المسيطر، وجب على الناقل أن يبلغ الشاحن بذلك، ووجب على الشاحن أن يُصدر تعليمات بشأن تسليم البضاعة.
