Validated activities and verified reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks shall not be affected by the suspension or withdrawal of the accreditation of an independent entity.
ولا تتأثر الأنشطة المقررة أو التخفيضات المتحقق منها للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب المصادر أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ عن طريق البواليع بقرار تعليق أو سحب اعتماد كيان مستقل.

Project participants shall submit to an accredited independent entity a report in accordance with the monitoring plan on reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks that have already occurred.
36- يقدم المشاركون في المشروع إلى كيان مستقل معتمد تقريرا، وفقا لخطة الرصد، عن خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي حدثت بالفعل.

36- يقدم المشاركون في المشروع إلى كيان مستقل معتمد تقريراً، وفقاً لخطة الرصد، عن خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي حدثت بالفعل.

USD 0.10 per tonne of CO2 equivalent of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for the first 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;
`1` 0.1 دولار للطن بمكافئ ثاني أكسيد الكربون لتخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع بالنسبة لأوّل 000 15 طن مكافئ لثاني أكسيد الكربون ناتج عن المشروع المعني خلال سنة تقويمية بعينها؛

USD 0.20 per tonne of CO2 equivalent of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for any amount in excess of 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;
`2` 0.2 دولار للطن بمكافئ ثاني أكسيـد الكربـون لتخفيضـات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطـة البواليـع لأي مقـدار يتجاوز 000 15 طن من مكافئ ثاني أكسيـد الكربـون ناتـج عن المشروع المعني في سنة تقويمية بعينها؛

Information used to determine whether reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks are additional, to describe the baseline methodology and its application, and to support an environmental impact assessment shall not be considered as proprietary or confidential.
أما المعلومات التي تستخدم لتحديد ما إذا كانت التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عمليات إضافية، ولوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها، ولتأييد أحد التقديرات للأثر البيئي، فإنها لا تعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرية.

Calculations of baseline emissions, reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources and/or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks, and leakage, for the activity, should be based on methods that are consistent with the host Party's calculation of its baseline emissions, where applicable.
42- وينبغي أن تستند حسابات انبعاثات خط الأساس وخفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب المصادر و/أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع والتسرب لنشاط ما بالاستناد إلى الطرائق التي تتسق مع حساب الطرف المضيف لانبعاثات خط أساسه عند الاقتضاء.

Information used to determine whether reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks are additional, describe the baseline methodology and its application, and/or support an environmental impact assessment, shall not be considered proprietary or confidential.
أما المعلومات التي تُستخدم لتحديد ما إذا كانت التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عمليات إضافية أو لوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها أو لتأييد الأثر البيئي، فإنها لا تُعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرّية.

Activity participants shall monitor reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks that have already occurred in accordance with the monitoring plan of the registered activity and shall prepare a monitoring report.
44- ويرصد المشاركون في النشاط عمليات خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب المصادر أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي تحدث بالفعل وفقاً لخطة الرصد للنشاط المسجل ويعدُّون تقريراً عن الرصد.

The host Party may determine that a lower amount of ERUs shall be issued than the actual reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks achieved by the activity.
50- ويمكن أن يقرر الطرف المضيف إصدار كمية أقل من وحدات خفض الانبعاثات عوضاً عن التخفيضات الفعلية في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ عن طريق البواليع التي يحققها النشاط.

An independent entity accredited by the governing body shall validate that an activity and the ensuing reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks meet the relevant requirements of Article 6 of the Kyoto Protocol; these modalities and procedures and additional guidance being provided by the governing body and the host Party, as applicable.
37- ويصادق الكيان المستقل الذي تعتمده الهيئة الإدارية على أن النشاط وما يستتبع ذلك من عمليات خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب المصادر أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع يفي بالشروط ذات الصلة من المادة 6 من بروتوكول كيوتو على أن تقدم الهيئة الإدارية والطرف المضيف، عند الاقتضاء، الطرائق والإجراءات والتوجيهات الإضافية.

The use of procedures for the periodic calculation of the reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources and/or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks by activity, and for leakage effects, if any.
(و) استخدام الإجراءات المتعلقة بالحساب الدوري لخفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها و/أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عن طريق النشاط والإجراءات المتعلقة بآثار التسرب إن وُجدت.

The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of a report referred to under paragraph 36 above, make a determination of the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by project participants in accordance with appendix B below, provided that they were monitored and calculated in accordance with paragraph 33 above.
37- يقوم الكيان المستقل المعتمد، عند تلقيه تقريراً مشاراً إليه في الفقرة 36 أعلاه، بتقرير التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المبلغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا للتذييل باء أدناه، شريطة أن يكون قد تم رصدها وحسابها وفقا للفقرة 33 أعلاه.

Procedures for the periodic calculation of the reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources and/or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks by the proposed Article 6 project, and for leakage effects, if any.
(و) الإجراءات المتعلقة بالحساب الدوري لتخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها و/أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عن طريق المشروع المنفذ في إطار المادة 6، والإجراءات المتعلقة بآثار التسرب، إن وجدت.

++ The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of a report referred to under paragraph , make a determination of the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by project participants in accordance with Appendix B below, provided that they were monitored and calculated in accordance with paragraph .
34- ++ يقوم الكيان المستقل المعتمد، عند تلقيه تقريراً مشاراً إليه في الفقرة 33، بتقرير التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المبلغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا للتذييل باء أدناه، شريطة أن يكون قد تم رصدها وحسابها وفقا للفقرة 30.

The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of a report referred to under paragraph 36 above, make a determination of the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by project participants in accordance with appendix B below, provided that they were monitored and calculated in accordance with paragraph 33 above.
