In section II of its resolution 58/141, the Assembly urged all Member States to implement the Action Plan and to strengthen their national efforts to counter the abuse of illicit drugs among their populations.

In the area of demand reduction in resolution 60/178, the Assembly urged all Member States to implement the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction and to strengthen their national efforts to counter the abuse of illicit drugs in their population.

وحثت الجمعية العامة في الجزء الثاني من قرارها 57/174 جميع الدول الأعضاء على تنفيذ خطة العمل المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاعلان الخاص بالمبادئ التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات، وعلى تعزيز جهودها الوطنية لمكافحة اساءة استعمال المخدرات غير المشروعة بين سكانها، ولا سيما الأطفال والشباب.

Trafficking in women and children was last considered in General Assembly resolution 57/176 of 18 December 2002, where Governments were urged to strengthen their national efforts to combat trafficking in women and girls and encouraged to implement joint actions at all levels (see para. 7).
وجرى النظر مؤخرا في قضية الاتجار بالنساء والأطفال في قرار الجمعية العامة 57/176 المؤرخ 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002، الذي دعا الحكومات إلى تعزيز جهودها الوطنية لمكافحة الاتجار بالنساء والفتيات، وشجعها على تنفيذ الأعمال المشتركة على جميع الصُعُد (انظر الفقرة 7).
