Upon instructions from my Government and on the basis of Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, I have the honour to bring the following to your attention:
بناء على تعليمات من حكومة بلدي واستنادا إلى المادة ٥١ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، يشرفني أن أوجه انتباهكم إلى ما يلي:

Upon instructions from my Government and following my letters dated 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24 and 25 April 2012, I would like to draw your attention to the following:
بناء على تعليمات من حكومة بلدي وإلحاقا برسائلي المؤرخة 16 و 17 و 18 و 19 و 20 و 23 و 24 و 25 نيسان/أبريل 2012، أود توجيه انتباهكم إلى ما يلي:

I am writing, upon instructions from my Government, to draw your attention to the recent illegal visit of the newly elected President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayip Erdogan, to the occupied part of the territory of the Republic of Cyprus and the statements made thereon.
أكتب إليكم بناء على تعليمات من حكومة بلدي لأوجِّه انتباهكم إلى الزيارة غير المشروعة التي أجراها مؤخراً رجب طيب إردوغان، رئيس جمهورية تركيا المنتخَب حديثاً، إلى الجزء المحتل من إقليم جمهورية قبرص، وإلى التصريحات الصادرة في هذا الصدد.

Therefore, I would submit that I would need the instructions of my Government to state our position regarding it and consequently, at this point, I cannot say that we accept this document.
لذا، أتصور أني أحتاج إلى تعليمات من حكومة بلدي للإعراب عن موقفنا منها، ومن ثم لا أستطيع في هذه المرحلة أن أقول إننا نقبل هذه الوثيقة.

On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith the text of the Joint Decision of the National Assembly and the Senate, extending the duration of the Transition in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and its annex I containing the tentative schedule of elections.
يشرفني بناء على تعليمات من حكومة بلدي أن أحيل إليكم طيه نص القرار المشترك (للجمعية الوطنية ومجلس الشيوخ) الذي يقضي بتمديد الفترة الانتقالية في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، ومرفقه الأول الذي يتضمن الجدول الزمني المتوقع للانتخابات المشتركة.

Upon instructions from my Government and with reference to the letter dated 13 March 2006 from the Permanent Observer of the League of Arab States to the United Nations and its annex addressed to the President of the Security Council (S/2006/168), I have the honour to state the following:
بناء على تعليمات من حكومة بلدي وبالإشارة إلى الرسالة المؤرخة 13 آذار/ مارس 2006 الموجهة هي ومرفقها من المراقب الدائم لجامعة الدول العربية لدى الأمم المتحدة إلى رئيس مجلس الأمن (S/2006/168)، أتشرف بأن أفيد بما يلي:

Upon instructions from my Government and pursuant to my letter dated 13 May 2008, I have the honour to submit herewith the proposed package for constructive negotiations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, together with the letter dated 13 May 2008 from Manouchehr Mottaki, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations (see annex).
بناء على تعليمات من حكومة بلدي وإلحاقا برسالتي المؤرخة 13 أيار/مايو 2008، أتشرف بأن أقدم طيه مجموعة عناصر مفاوضات بناءة مقترحة من جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، إلى جانب الرسالة المؤرخة 13 أيار/مايو 2008 الموجهة من منوشهر متقي، وزير خارجية جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة (انظر المرفق).
