The Committee recommends that the State party work closely with UNHCR and UNICEF in this regard.

The Committee further recommends that the State party seek to implement additional measures to encourage children, especially boys, to stay in school, particularly during the period of compulsory education.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضا بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على تنفيذ تدابير إضافية لتشجيع الأطفال، ولا سيما الذكور، على البقاء في المدرسة وبالخصوص في مرحلة التعليم الإلزامي.

The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that such legislation also protects against discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation as well as disability.
كما توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على أن يوفر هذا التشريع كذلك الحماية من التمييز القائم على أساس الميل الجنسي والعجز.

107. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure effective enforcement of the rights enshrined in the Convention and provide women with appropriate remedies in the courts for violations of the rights protected by the Convention.
107 - توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على ضمان إعمال الحقوق الواردة في الاتفاقية بشكل فعال، وأن تتيح للمرأة سبل الانتصاف الملائمة أمام المحاكم فيما يخـص انتهاكات الحقوق التي تحميها الاتفاقية.

37. The Committee requests that the State party act expeditiously to amend eligibility criteria to ensure that seasonal and temporary workers are eligible for paid parental leave.
37 - وتطلب اللجنة أن تعمل الدولة الطرف على وجه السرعة من أجل تعديل معايير الاستحقاق بهدف كفالة أن يصبح العمال الموسميون والمؤقتون مستحقين للحصول على إجازة والدية مدفوعة الأجر.

It further recommends that the State party act firmly against local measures denying residence to Roma and the unlawful expulsion of Roma, and refrain from placing Roma in camps outside populated areas that are isolated and without access to health care and other basic facilities.
كما توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف بحزم ضد التدابير المحلية التي تحرم الروما من الإقامة وضد طردهم بصفة غير قانونية، وبأن تحجم عن إسكانهم في مخيمات تقع خارج المناطق المأهولة تتسم بالعزلة والافتقار إلى مرافق الرعاية الصحية وغيرها من المرافق الأساسية.

The Committee also recommends that the State party work closely with the media in respect of such dissemination and awareness-raising and encourage the media to develop more child-oriented products to provide better coverage while respecting the rights of the child, including the child's right to privacy, and to promote children's own participation in media programmes.

Noting the commitment made by the State party in the context of the universal periodic review (A/HRC/15/16, paras. 97.1 and 98.3), the Committee recommends that the State party work towards ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol.
