وأُبلغ الفريق العامل أن نقص الموارد المالية، علاوة على تقليصه فرص الحصول على مستوى جيد من الخدمات التي تقدمها الأونروا وعلى بعض هذه الخدمات، أدى إلى تفاقم الضائقة التي يعاني منها الموظفون بسبب عدم تمكن الوكالة مؤخرا من زيادة أجورهم بما يماثل الزيادة في أجور موظفي القطاع العام في البلدان التي تعمل فيها الوكالة.
