ينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تُضَمِّن تقريرها الدوري القادم بيانات إحصائية مفصلة ومصنفة حسب نوع الجرائم وحسب الجنسية والانتماء العرقي ونوع الجنس، عن الشكاوى التي تتعلق بحالات التعذيب وسوء المعاملة التي يدعى ارتكابها على يد المكلفين بتنفيذ القوانين أو غيرهم، فضلاً عن التحقيقات والملاحقات والعقوبات التأديبية والجزائية ذات الصلة، بالإضافة إلى معلومات عما يقدم إلى الضحايا من تعويض وإعادة تأهيل.

(e) Develop legal and other measures, enforceable throughout the State, including an official programme for the rehabilitation of victims of torture including sexual violence, providing them recognition as victims and the capacity to pursue redress and their right to fair and adequate compensation and rehabilitation in accordance with the requirements of the Convention.
(ه) أن تتخذ تدابير قانونية وغيرها من التدابير القابلة للإنفاذ في جميع أرجاء الدولة، ومنها تنفيذ برنامج رسمي لإعادة تأهيل ضحايا التعذيب، بمن فيهم ضحايا العنف الجنسي، وذلك بالاعتراف بهم كضحايا وبتمكينهم من التماس الانتصاف والمطالبة بحقهم في الحصول على تعويض وإعادة تأهيل على نحو منصف ووافٍ وفقاً لمقتضيات الاتفاقية.
