The interpretation of this Convention given by the final decision shall also be binding upon a Party intervening under Article 10 above insofar as it relates to matters in respect of which that Party intervened.

32. Disputes that may arise concerning the application, implementation or interpretation of this Convention shall be settled in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Convention, including Section B and in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.
32 - تُسوى المنازعات التي قد تنشأ بشأن تطبيق أو تنفيذ أو تفسير هذه الاتفاقية وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة من الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك البند باء، وطبقا لأحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
