Such written request shall contain evidence to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility referred to in article 22, paragraph 5, of the Convention no longer apply.
ويتضمن ذلك الطلب الخطي أدلة تفيد بأن أسباب عدم المقبولية المشار إليها في الفقرة 5 من المادة 22 من الاتفاقية لم تعد قائمة.

(b) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 109 of the Committee's rules of procedure upon receipt of a request by or on behalf of the author containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;
)ب( أنه يمكن إعادة النظر في هذا القرار في إطار المادة ١٠٩ من النظام الداخلي للجنة عند تلقﱢيها من مقدمة البلاغ، أو بالنيابة عنها، طلبا يتضمن معلومات تفيد بأن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد سارية؛

(b) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 109 of the Committee’s rules of procedure upon receipt of a request by or on behalf of the author containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;
