125. In its resolution S-6/1, adopted on 24 January 2008 at its sixth special session, the Council requested the High Commissioner for Human Rights to report to the Council, at its next session, on the progress made in the implementation of that resolution.
125- وطلب المجلس، في قراره دإ-6/1 المؤرخ 24 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008 في دورته الاستثنائية السادسة، إلى المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تقدم إلى المجلس في دورته التالية تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ ذلك القرار.

10. Invites the Office of the High Commissioner to report to the Council at its twelfth session on the progress achieved in the situation of human rights in Burundi and on his activities in the country, and to make recommendations on suitable independent mechanisms necessary for the promotion and protection of human rights in Burundi.

19. In its resolution 23/9, the Human Rights Council requested the Advisory Committee to submit a research-based report to the Council at its twenty-sixth session on the issue of the negative impact of corruption on the enjoyment of human rights, and to make recommendations on how the Council and its subsidiary bodies should consider this issue.
19- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 23/9، إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تقدم إلى المجلس في دورته السادسة والعشرين تقريراً مستنداً إلى البحث بشأن مسألة تأثير الفساد السلبي في التمتع بحقوق الإنسان وأن تقدم إلى المجلس وهيئاته الفرعية توصيات بشأن كيفية النظر في هذه المسألة.

Furthermore, the High Commissioner for Human Rights was requested to submit to the Council, at its thirteenth session, a report on the status of implementation of the resolution.
