At its fifty-seventh session, the General Assembly requested the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice to finalize at its twelfth session the programme for the Eleventh Congress and to make its final recommendations, through the Economic and Social Council, to the General Assembly.
في الدورة السابعة والخمسين طلبت الجمعية العامة من لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية أن تضع في دورتها الثانية عشرة الصيغة النهائية لبرنامج المؤتمر الحادي عشر وأن تقدم توصياتها النهائية عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي إلى الجمعية العامة.

Recalling that, in its resolution 63/193, it requested the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice to accord sufficient time at its eighteenth session to reviewing the progress made in the preparations for the Twelfth Congress, to finalize in good time all the necessary organizational and substantive arrangements and to make its final recommendations, through the Economic and Social Council, to the General Assembly,
وإذ تشير إلى أنها طلبت إلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في قرارها 63/193 أن تتيح وقتا كافيا في دورتها الثامنة عشرة لاستعراض التقدم المحرز في الأعمال التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثاني عشر، وأن تضع الصيغة النهائية لجميع الترتيبات التنظيمية والفنية اللازمة في وقت مناسب، وأن تقدم توصياتها النهائية بهذا الشأن إلى الجمعية العامة عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي،

وإذ تشير إلى أنها طلبت إلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في قرارها 63/193 أن تتيح وقتا كافيا في دورتها الثامنة عشرة لاستعراض التقدم المحرز في الأعمال التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثاني عشر، وأن تضع الصيغة النهائية لجميع الترتيبات التنظيمية والفنية اللازمة في وقت مناسب، وأن تقدم توصياتها النهائية إلى الجمعية العامة عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي،

2. Requests the Commission to proceed with all urgency with its study of all aspects of the application of the Noblemaire principle and all other related studies which are outstanding and to submit final recommendations to the General Assembly at the earliest opportunity;
٢ - تطلب إلى اللجنة أن تبدأ، على سبيل الاستعجال التام، بإجراء دراستها لجميع جوانب تطبيق مبدأ نوبلمير، وكل الدراسات اﻷخرى التي ترتبط بها والتي لم تنجز بعد، وأن تقدم توصياتها النهائية إلى الجمعية العامة في أقرب فرصة ممكنة؛

2. Requests the Commission to proceed with all urgency with its study of all aspects of the application of the Noblemaire principle and all other related studies which are outstanding and to submit final recommendations to the General Assembly at the earliest opportunity;
٢ - تطلب إلى اللجنة أن تشرع، على وجه الاستعجال البالغ، في دراستها لجميع جوانب تطبيق مبدأ نوبلمير وسائر الدراسات اﻷخرى ذات الصلة التي لم تنجز بعد، وأن تقدم توصياتها النهائية إلى الجمعية العامة في أقرب فرصة ممكنة؛
