2. The present report is submitted in accordance with article 29 of the Convention, which provides that each State Party shall submit to the Committee on Enforced Disappearances a report on the measures taken to give effect to its obligations under the Convention.
2- ويقدَّم هذا التقرير وفقاً للمادة 29 من الاتفاقية التي تنص على وجوب أن تقدم كل دولة طرف إلى اللجنة المعنية بحالات الاختفاء القسري تقريراً أولياً عن التدابير التي اتخذتها لتنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.

4. each State Party shall submit annually to the Implementation Support Unit a report for the preceding year concerning the transfer of arms, as detailed in section B, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the present Article, as well as any new national legislation or other measures used to regulate or control the items and transaction within the Treaty's domain.
4 - تقدم كل دولة طرف سنويا إلى وحدة دعم التنفيذ تقريرا عن السنة السابقة بشأن نقل الأسلحة على النحو الوارد تفصيلا في الفقرتين 1 و 2 من هذه المادة أعلاه، إلى جانب أي تشريع وطني جديد أو تدابير أخرى استخدمت لتنظيم أو مراقبة الأصناف والمعاملات ضمن نطاق المعاهدة.

3. each State Party shall provide the Conference of the Parties with the information that it requires for the systematic follow-up programme concerning its programmes, plans, practices and results, as well as information on legislative and administrative measures adopted to implement this Convention.
3- تقدم كل دولة طرف إلى مؤتمر الأطراف ما يحتاج اليه لتنفيذ برنامج المتابعة المنتظمة من معلومات عن برامجها وخططها وممارساتها والنتائج التي توصلت اليها، وكذلك عن التدابير التشريعية والإدارية التي اعتمدتها لتنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

4. each State Party shall provide the Conference of the Parties, through the subsidiary body, with reports containing information on its programmes, plans, practices, results and difficulties encountered, as well as information on legislative and administrative measures adopted to implement the Convention, as required by the Conference of the Parties.
4- تقدم كل دولة طرف إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، من خلال الهيئة الفرعية، تقارير تتضمن معلومات عن برامجها وخططها وممارساتها والنتائج التي تتوصل إليها والصعوبات التي تواجهها، وكذلك معلومات عن التدابير التشريعية والإدارية التي اعتمدتها لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، حسبما يطلب مؤتمر الأطراف.

- each State Party shall provide annually for the register data on imports and exports of military and security services of PMSCs and standardized information on PMSCs registered in and licensed by the State party.
