Consequently, over the years the Assembly has adopted special arrangements whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistics support to the Mission have been retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4.
ونتيجة لذلك، وعبر السنين، اعتمـــدت الجمعيــــة العامة ترتيبات خاصة يتم بمقتضاها اﻹبقاء على المخصصات المطلوبة فيما يتصل بالالتزامات تجاه الحكومات التي تقدم وحدات و/أو دعما سوقيا إلى البعثة والاحتفاظ بها إلى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في المادتين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي.

Under the approved special arrangements, appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to UNTAG shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as follows:
٣٣ - وفي إطار الترتيبات الخاصة المعتمدة، يحتفظ بالاعتمادات اللازمة لتسديد الالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات التي تقدم وحدات و/أو التي تقدم الدعم السوقي لفريق اﻷمم المتحدة للمساعدة في فترة الانتقال الى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو التالي:

(c) The approval for UNFICYP, on an exceptional basis, of special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to UNFICYP shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4.
)ج( الموافقة بصفة استثنائية على أن تسري على القوة الترتيبات الخاصة المتعلقة بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من القواعد المالية لﻷمم المتحدة، والتي تستبقى بمقتضاها الاعتمادات المطلوبة فيما يتعلق بالالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات التي تقدم وحدات و/أو دعما سوقيا إلى القوة لما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من هذه القواعد.
