In its resolution 1995/9, the Commission expressed its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur for the important role she had played in support of the efforts to eliminate apartheid in South Africa and to establish a non-racial society in that country.
وأعربت اللجنة، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٩، عن تقديرها للمقررة الخاصة للدور الهام الذي قامت به في مساندة جهود القضاء على الفصل العنصري في جنوب أفريقيا وإقامة مجتمع لا عنصري في ذلك البلد.

1. Expresses its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur for monitoring the transition to democracy in South Africa and for the important role she has played in support of the efforts to eliminate apartheid in South Africa and to establish a non-racial society in the country;

Expresses its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, Mrs. Fatma Zohra Ksentini, for her final report (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1994/9 and Corr.1) and the issues raised therein;

36. The Special Rapporteur wishes to express her appreciation to the Special Rapporteur on violence against women, its causes and consequences and to the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, who have both devoted their reports to harmful traditional practices, and also wishes to make some comments.
36- تود المقررة الخاصة أن تعرب مجدداً عن تقديرها للمقررة الخاصة المعنية بمسألة العنف ضد المرأة والمقرر الخاص المعني بحرية الدين أو المعتقد، اللذين كرّسا كلاهما تقريريهما للممارسات التقليدية الضارة. وتود بهذه المناسبة أن تدلي ببعض التعليقات.

4. Expresses its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur of the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, Mrs. Fatma Zohra Ksentini, for her second progress report (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1993/7), reflecting the link between a healthy environment and the full enjoyment of human rights;
٤- تعرب عن تقديرها للمقررة الخاصة للجنة الفرعية لمنع التمييز وحماية اﻷقليات، السيدة فاطمة زهرة قسنطيني، لتقريرها المرحلي الثاني (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1993/7) الذي يعكس الصلة بين وجود بيئة صحية والتمتع الكامل بحقوق اﻹنسان؛

(a) To express its deep appreciation to the Special Rapporteur, Antoanella-Iulia Motoc, for her interim report on the study on human rights and the human genome (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2005/38) and welcomed the rich discussion that took place thereon;
(أ) أن تعرب عن بالغ تقديرها للمقررة الخاصة أنتوانيلا - يوليا موتوك، لتقريرها المؤقت عن الدراسة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والجينوم البشري (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2005/38) ورحبت بالمناقشة المفيدة التي جرت بشأن هذا التقرير؛

At its fifty-first session, the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 1995/9 of 17 February 1995, having taken note of the final report of the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission (E/CN.4/1995/24), expressed its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur for the important role she had played in support of the efforts to eliminate apartheid in South Africa and to establish a non-racial society in the country.
٢- وفي الدورة الحادية والخمسيــن أحاطـــت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان علما، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٩ المؤرخ في ٧١ شباط/فبراير ٥٩٩١، بالتقرير النهائي للمقررة الخاصة للجنة الفرعية (E/CN.4/1995/24)، ثم أعربت عن تقديرها للمقررة الخاصة للدور الهام الذي قامت به في مساندة جهود القضاء على الفصل العنصري في جنوب أفريقيا واقامة مجتمع لا عنصري في ذلك البلد.
