1. Time frame for the submission of a request for review: a request for administrative review can be submitted to the Secretary-General within 2 months of the date on which the staff member received written notice of the administrative decision in question.
1 - الإطار الزمني لتقديم طلب إعادة النظر: يمكن تقديم طلب إعادة النظر في القرار الإداري إلى الأمين العام في غضون شهرين من تاريخ استلام الموظف لإشعار كتابي بالقرار الإداري محل الفكر.

(b) At any time after a request for review has been submitted, but before a panel of the Joint Appeals Board has been constituted to hear an appeal, conciliation may be sought on the issues involved at the initiative of the Secretary-General, the staff member or the presiding officer of the Joint Appeals Board.
)ب( يجوز بمبادرة من الأمين العام، أو الموظف، أو رئيس مجلس الطعون المشترك، طلب التوفيق لحل المسائل موضع الخلاف، على أن يبدأ ذلك بعد تقديم طلب إعادة النظر ولكن قبل تشكيل فريق من مجلس الطعون المشترك للنظر في الطعن.

٤- اﻷمر اﻹجرائي المؤرخ ٢٥ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٠ الذي يعلن عدم قبول طلب المراجعة على إثر تقديم طلب إعادة النظر وصدور قرار فيه، والذي يأمر بمهلة للاستئناف )recurso de apelacion(.
