190. The SBSTA invited Parties and admitted observer organizations to submit to the secretariat, by 22 September 2014, their views on the mechanism, including on:
١٩٠- ودعت الهيئة الفرعية الأطراف والمنظمات المعتمدة بصفة مراقب إلى أن تقدّم إلى الأمانة في موعد أقصاه 22 أيلول/سبتمبر 2014 آراءها في الآلية، على أن تتناول فيها ما يلي:

For accreditation purposes and in accordance with the rules of procedure, representatives of States parties are requested to submit to the secretariat letters of credentials duly signed by the issuing authorities.
16- ولأغراض اعتماد وثائق التفويض ووفقاً للنظام الداخلي، يُطلب إلى ممثلي الدول الأطراف أن تقدّم إلى الأمانة رسائل وثائق التفويض موقَّعة حسب الأصول من قبل السلطات المصدرة.

(j) Requested Member States to submit to the secretariat their comments and views for the purpose of the deliberations of the above-mentioned meeting, and also requested the Secretariat to organize the views and comments received so as to facilitate such deliberations;

Botswana had also been reminded to submit to the secretariat data for the year 2007 in accordance with Article 7 of the Protocol, preferably no later than 1 September 2008, in order that at its forty-first meeting the Committee might assess the Party's compliance with its methyl bromide commitment contained in decision XV/31.
وتم تذكير بوتسوانا أيضاً بأن تقدّم إلى الأمانة بياناتها عن سنة 2007 وفقاً للمادة 7 من البروتوكول، ويفضّل أن يتم ذلك في موعد لا يتجاوز 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 2008 حتى يتسنى للجنة أن تقيِّم في اجتماعها الحادي والأربعين امتثال الطرف لالتزامه المتعلّق ببروميد الميثيل الوارد في المقرّر 15/31.

The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 4/CP.13, paragraph 7, requested Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 15 February 2008, for synthesis and compilation, their views on elements for the terms of reference for the review and assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 1(c) and 5, of the Convention, in accordance with decision 13/CP.3.
