(b) To urge the Congo to submit to the Secretariat the requested information as soon as possible, and preferably no later than 31 March 2013, for consideration by the Committee at its fiftieth meeting.

In the same recommendation the Committee had requested Cook Islands, Haiti, Nauru, Somalia and Tonga to submit to the Secretariat as a matter of urgency and no later than 1 September 2008 the plans of action called for in decision XIX/26 to ensure the prompt establishment and operation of their licensing systems in order that the Committee, at its forty-first meeting, might assess the Parties' compliance with the Protocol.
