At its fifty-sixth session, the Sub-Commission had before it the progress report of the Special Rapporteur (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2004/37), and in its decision 2004/123, decided to ask Ms. Frey to submit her next report to the Sub-Commission at its fifty-seventh session, taking into account the discussions at that session.
