11. In addition to the requirements contained in paragraph 40 of the CDM modalities and procedures, the DOE shall, prior to the submission of the validation report to the Executive Board, have received from the project participants written confirmation by the designated national authority of the host Party of the following:

If such deficiencies in a validation report, verification report or certification related to a CDM project activity constitute the reason for the suspension or withdrawal of the designation of a designated operational entity, then the executive board shall decide whether a different designated operational entity shall be appointed to assess and, where appropriate correct, such deficiency.
28- إذا كانت أوجه القصور في تقرير التصديق على نشاط من أنشطة المشاريع أو تقرير التحقق منه أو اعتماده تُمثل سبباً لتعليق أو سحب تعيين كيان تشغيلي معين، وجب على المجلس التنفيذي أن يبت فيما إذا كان سيلزم تعيين كيان تشغيلي مختلف لتقييم أوجه القصور هذه ويُصححها عند اللزوم.

The certification report shall constitute a request for issuance to the executive board of CERs equal to the verified amount of reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases.
64- يشكل تقرير التصديق طلبا يوجه إلى المجلس التنفيذي لإصدار وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة بما يعادل كمية التخفيضات التي تم التحقق منها لانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصادر.

++ Registered project activities shall not be affected by the suspension or withdrawal of designation of a designated operational entity unless significant deficiencies are identified in the relevant validation report, verification report or certification for which the entity was responsible.
21- ++ لا تتأثر أنشطة المشاريع المسجلة بتعليق أو سحب تعيين كيان تشغيلي معين إلا إذا تم تعيين أوجه قصور مهمة في تقرير التصديق ذي الصلة أو في تقرير التحقق أو الاعتماد الذي كان الكيان مسؤولا عنه.
