The Committee considers, therefore, that the facts before it do not show that the courts' decisions were manifestly arbitrary or amounted to a denial of justice and it is of the opinion that the facts as submitted do not disclose a violation by the State party of article 2 combined with article 5 of the Convention.
وعليه، ترى اللجنة أن الوقائع المعروضة عليها لا تبين أن قرارات المحاكم كانت واضحة التعسف أو بلغت حد الخطأ القضائي. وترى أيضاً أن الوقائع على النحو الذي عُرضت به لا تكشف عن انتهاك الدولة الطرف المادة 2، مقترنة بالمادة 5، من الاتفاقية.

The Committee considers therefore that the facts as submitted reveal a violation by the State party of Mr. Mr. Karimov's, Askarov's, and the Davlatov brothers' rights under article 10, of the Covenant.
وبالتالي، ترى اللجنة أن الوقائع المعروضة عليها تكشف عن انتهاك الدولة الطرف لحقوق السيد كريموف والسيد أسكروف والشقيقين دافلاتوف المكفولة بموجب المادة 10 من العهد.
