7. It is recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 51/234, expressed its continued appreciation for the decision of the Government of Kuwait to defray two thirds of the cost of UNIKOM, effective 1 November 1993.
٧ - ومما يذكر أن الجمعية العامة أعربت في قرارها ١٥/٤٣٢ عن تقديرها المستمر للقرار الذي اتخذته حكومة الكويت بتحمل ثلثي تكلفة بعثة المراقبة اعتبارا من ١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٣٩٩١.

3. It is pertinent to recall that the General Assembly, in its resolution 48/242 of 5 April 1994, expressed its appreciation to the Government of Kuwait regarding its decision to defray two thirds of the cost of UNIKOM effective 1 November 1993.
٣ - ومن الجدير بالذكر أن الجمعية العامة أعربت في قرارها ٤٨/٢٤٢ المؤرخ ٥ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٤ عن تقديرها لحكومة الكويت بشأن قرارها بأن تتحمل ثلثي تكلفة بعثة المراقبة اعتبارا من ١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣.

5. The Advisory Committee recalls paragraph 4 of General Assembly resolution 48/242 of 10 May 1994, by which the Assembly expressed " its appreciation for the decision of the Government of Kuwait to defray two thirds of the cost of the Observation Mission, effective 1 November 1993 " .
5 - وتشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى الفقرة 4 من قرار الجمعية العامة 48/242 المؤرخ 10 أيار/مايو 1994، الذي أعربت فيه الجمعية العامة عن " تقديرها للقرار الذي اتخذته حكومة الكويت بتحمل ثلثي تكلفة بعثة المراقبة اعتبارا من 1 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 1993 " .

3. It is pertinent to recall that the General Assembly, in its resolution 48/242 of 5 April 1994, expressed its appreciation to the Government of Kuwait regarding its decision to defray two thirds of the cost of UNIKOM effective from 1 November 1993.
٣ - ومن الجدير بالذكر أن الجمعية العامة أعربت في قرارها ٤٨/٢٤٢ المؤرخ ٥ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٤ عن تقديرها لحكومة الكويت بشأن قرارها بأن تتحمل ثلثي تكلفة بعثة المراقبة اعتبارا من ١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣.
