٤٣ - ينبغي على الدول المشتركة في منظمات أو ترتيبات اقليمية أو دون اقليمية لادارة مصائد اﻷسماك أن تعزز، أو توائم، اجراءات تسوية المنازعات التي وضعتها تلك المنظمات أو الترتيبات من أجل حل المنازعات المتعلقة بمصائد اﻷسماك بسرعة وفعالية.

(c) To prohibit and punish participation in such organizations or activities, in line with article 4 (a) and (b) of the Convention.
