وتنص الفقرة 1 (أ) على أن ' ' تبلغ الأطراف التي تمارس حقها في حظر استيراد النفايات الخطرة أو النفايات الأخرى بغرض التخلص منها، الأطراف الأخرى بقرارها عملاً بالمادة 13``.
