27. in line with the Convention and its general recommendation No. 30, the Committee urges the State party:
27 - تماشياً مع الاتفاقية والتوصية العامة رقم 30 الصادرة عن اللجنة، تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ما يلي:

:: Amend the Fugitive Offenders Act of 1967 and bilateral treaties on extradition and MLA to ensure compliance with the Convention; ongoing consultations to adopt a new extradition law in line with the Convention are welcome.
:: تعديل قانون المجرمين الهاربين لعام 1967 والمعاهدات الثنائية بشأن تسليم المجرمين والمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة لضمان الامتثال لاتفاقية مكافحة الفساد؛ والمشاورات الجارية لاعتماد قانون تسليم المجرمين الجديد تماشياً مع الاتفاقية موضع ترحيب.

1. Encourages Parties to continue their awareness raising initiatives at national level in line with the Convention and its comprehensive communication strategy;
1- يشجع الأطراف على مواصلة ما تضطلع به من أنشطة التوعية على الصعيد الوطني تماشياً مع الاتفاقية واستراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة؛

25. Japan had signed the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2007 and was preparing to ratify it, and had amended the Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities in 2011 in line with the Convention.
25 - وقد وقَّعت اليابان في عام 2011 اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تماشياً مع الاتفاقية.

287. The Committee also welcomes the inclusion of child development policies in line with the Convention in the Ninth Plan (19972002).
287- كما ترحب اللجنة بإدراج سياسات نماء الطفل في الخطة التاسعة (1997-2002) تماشياً مع الاتفاقية.

The United Nations Partnership to Promote the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has proven to be an effective mechanism for increasing technical cooperation in line with the Convention.
71- وقد أثبتت شراكة الأمم المتحدة لتعزيز حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة أنها آلية فعالة لزيادة التعاون التقني تماشياً مع الاتفاقية.

On the basis of challenges identified through the self-assessment and review process, States have sought assistance in improving their domestic legislation to prevent and fight corruption in line with the Convention.
5- وبناءً على المشاكل التي استُبينت عن طريق التقييم الذاتي وعملية الاستعراض، طلبت الدول مساعدةً على تحسين تشريعاتها المحلية لاتقاء الفساد ومحاربته تماشياً مع الاتفاقية.

13. In 2012, CEDAW expressed its concern that the definition of discrimination against women in the Constitution refers only to civil rights and urged Turkmenistan to include in the Constitution or in the Law on State Guarantees on Gender Equality the principle of equality with respect to all rights and a definition of discrimination against women in line with the Convention.
13- في عام 2012، أعربت اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة عن قلقها لأن تعريف التمييز ضد المرأة الوارد في الدستور لا يشير سوى إلى الحقوق المدنية، وحثت اللجنة تركمانستان على تضمين الدستور أو قانون ضمانات الدولة بشأن المساواة بين الجنسين مبدأ المساواة فيما يتعلق بجميع الحقوق، وتعريف التمييز ضد المرأة تماشياً مع الاتفاقية(47).

It urges the State party to enhance appropriate mechanisms for effective consultation with indigenous people around all policies affecting their identity, ways of living and resources, in line with the Convention, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and International Labour Organization Convention No. 169 (1991) concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries.
وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز الآليات الملائمة للتشاور الفعال مع الشعوب الأصلية بشأن جميع السياسات التي تؤثر في هويتها وسبل عيشها ومواردها، تماشياً مع الاتفاقية و إعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 169(1991) المتعلقة بالشعوب الأصلية والقبلية في البلدان المستقلة.
