9. Calls upon all Governments to continue to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons, especially women and children, and to consider responding favourably to requests to visit their countries and to provide all necessary information related to the mandate to enable the mandate holder to fulfil the duties of the mandate effectively;
9- يدعو جميع الحكومات إلى مواصلة التعاون مع المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الاتجار بالأشخاص، لا سيما النساء والأطفال، والنظر في الموافقة على طلبات الزيارة التي يقدمها وموافاته بالمعلومات الضرورية ذات الصلة بولايته بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بمهام ولايته بفعالية؛

11. Also encourages Governments to consider inviting the Working Group to their countries so as to enable the Group to discharge its protection mandate even more effectively and to make concrete recommendations concerning the promotion of human rights, in the spirit of the advisory or technical assistance services;
١١- تشجع أيضا الحكومات على النظر في دعوة الفريق العامل الى زيادة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بمهمته المتعلقة بالحماية بمزيد من الفعالية، وبغية تمكينه أيضا من وضع توصيات محددة بشأن تعزيز حقوق الانسان، بالروح التي تقدﱠم بها الخدمات الاستشارية أو خدمات المساعدة التقنية؛

١١- ترحب بالدعوة التي وجهتها حكومتان إلى الفريق العامل للقيام ببعثات ميدانية، وتشجع أيضا الحكومات على النظر في دعوة الفريق العامل إلى زيارة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بمهمته المتعلقة بالحماية بمزيد من الفعالية، وبغية تمكينه أيضا من وضع توصيات محددة بشأن تعزيز حقوق اﻹنسان، بالروح التي تقدﱠم بها الخدمات الاستشارية أو خدمات المساعدة التقنية؛
