1. According to decision 11/COP.1, any group of affected country Parties may make joint communications on measures taken at the subregional and/or regional levels in implementation of the Convention.
1- وفقاً للمقرر 11/م أ-1، يجوز لأي مجموعة من البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة أن تقدم بلاغاً مشتركاً بشأن ما تتخذه من تدابير على المستوى دون الإقليمي و/أو الإقليمي تنفيذاً للاتفاقية.

In order to meet the requirement of its accountability to the COP, the Annual Report of the GEF will cover all GEF-financed activities carried out in implementing the Convention, whether such activities are carried out by the GEF Implementing Agencies, the GEF Secretariat or by executing agencies implementing GEF-financed projects.

6. وللوفاء بمطلب المسؤولية أمام مؤتمر اﻷطراف يشمل التقرير السنوي للمرفق كل اﻷنشطة التي يمولها المرفق والتي يتم الاضطلاع بها تنفيذاً للاتفاقية سواء قام بهذه اﻷنشطة الوكالات المنفذة التابعة للمرفق أو أمانة المرفق أو الوكالات التشغيلية التي تنفذ المشاريع الممولة من المرفق.

In accordance with article 26 of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), and the relevant decisions of its Conference of the Parties (COP), particularly decision 11/COP.1, each Party to the Convention is required to report, through the UNCCD secretariat, on measures undertaken to implement the UNCCD.
