The Committee notes that the State party report did not provide information on the implementation of the Optional Protocol in all parts of the Kingdom, in particular Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles.
4- وتلاحظ اللجنة أن تقرير الدولة الطرف لم يقدم معلومات بشأن تنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري في جميع أرجاء المملكة، ولا سيما في جزيرة أرُّوبا وجزر الأنتيل الهولندية.

The Committee recommends that the State party take all measures to extend the Optional Protocol to those territories and include information concerning the implementation of the Optional Protocol in them in its next periodic report under the Convention.
وتوصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف جميع التدابير الرامية إلى توسيع نطاق البروتوكول الاختياري بحيث يشمل تلك الأقاليم، وأن تضمّن تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات عن تنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري في هذه الأقاليم.

The Committee urges the State party to take all measures to ensure that the National Children's Commission has full authority and capacity to coordinate the implementation of the Optional Protocol across all ministries and agencies as well as among provincial, district and sector levels.
13- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ كل التدابير اللازمة لضمان تمتُّع اللجنة الوطنية للطفل بالسلطة والقدرة الكاملتين للتنسيق في مجال تنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري في كل الوزارات والوكالات وأيضاً بين المقاطعات والأقضية والقطاعات.
