17. calls upon the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, in particular, the authorities of the Republika Srpska to increase their cooperation with the Commission on Human Rights for Bosnia and Herzegovina (the “Commission”), to cooperate fully with the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and to intensify their efforts in this regard;

13. calls upon the authorities of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) to comply with and build on the commitments made by the President of the Republic of Serbia in his statement of 13 October 1998, which were subsequently endorsed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro);

14. calls upon the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran to make further efforts to ensure for all the application of due process of law by the judiciary in all instances and, in this context, to ensure a fair and transparent trial for the group of people detained early in 1999, which includes 13 members of the Iranian Jewish community, and notes the stated commitments of the Government of Iran in this regard;
١٤ - تهيب بسلطات جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أن تبذل المزيد من الجهود لكي تكفل للجميع اتباع جهاز القضاء لﻹجراءات القانونية السليمة في جميع الحالات وأن تكفل، في ذلك السياق، محاكمة تتسم بالعدل والشفافية لمجموعة من اﻷشخاص احتجزوا في أوائل عام ١٩٩٩، من بينهم ١٣ فردا من الجالية اليهودية اﻹيرانية، وتشير إلى الالتزامات المعلنة لحكومة إيران في هذا الصدد؛

23. calls upon the authorities of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and ethnic Albanian leaders to allow for and facilitate the free and unhindered return to their homes, in safety and with dignity, of all internally displaced persons and refugees, and expresses its concern about reports of continuing harassment or other impediments in this regard;
