11. further calls upon all States to consider becoming parties to and to respect fully their obligations under the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations11 and the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies,12 which have been ratified so far by one hundred and forty-eight States and one hundred and eight States, respectively;
