Notes the problems experienced by some permanent missions to the United Nations in connection with the implementation of the Parking Programme for Diplomatic Vehicles, and notes that the Committee shall remain seized of the matter, with a view to continuing to maintain the proper implementation of the Parking Programme in a manner that is fair, non-discriminatory, effective and therefore consistent with international law;

(k) The Committee expresses concern over the difficulties that continue to be experienced by some permanent missions in obtaining suitable banking services, which is having a deleterious effect on the ability of those missions to perform their functions, and welcomes the continuing efforts of the host country to facilitate the opening of bank accounts for permanent missions with other financial institutions;
(ك) تعرب اللجنة عن القلق إزاء الصعوبات التي ما زالت تواجهها بعض البعثات الدائمة للحصول على خدمات مصرفية مناسبة، وهو أمر يؤدي إلى آثار ضارة على قدرة تلك البعثات على أداء مهامها، وترحب بالجهود المتواصلة التي يبذلها البلد المضيف لتيسير فتح حسابات مصرفية للبعثات الدائمة لدى مؤسسات مالية أخرى؛

Notes that the Committee will continue to review the implementation of the Parking Programme for Diplomatic Vehicles, with a view to addressing the problems experienced by some permanent missions in that respect and continuously ensuring its proper implementation in a manner that is fair, non-discriminatory, effective and therefore consistent with international law and that it shall remain seized of the matter;
3 - تلاحظ أن اللجنة ستواصل استعراض تنفيذ برنامج وقوف المركبات الدبلوماسية() بغية معالجة المشاكل التي تواجهها بعض البعثات الدائمة في هذا الصدد، ومواصلة كفالة تنفيذه بدقة وعلى نحو منصف وغير تمييزي وفعال ويتماشى بالتالي مع القانون الدولي، وأنها ستبقي المسألة قيد نظرها؛

(e) The Committee notes the problems experienced by some permanent missions in connection with the implementation of the Diplomatic Parking Programme and shall remain seized of the matter, with a view to continuously ensuring the proper implementation of the Programme in a manner that is fair, non-discriminatory, effective and therefore consistent with international law;
(هـ) تحيط اللجنة علما بالمشاكل التي تواجهها بعض البعثات الدائمة بصدد تنفيذ برنامج وقوف السيارات الدبلوماسية، وتبقي هذه المسألة قيد نظرها، بغية مواصلة كفالة التنفيذ السليم للبرنامج بطريقة نزيهة وغير تمييزية وفعالة، وبالتالي متمشية مع القانون الدولي؛

(e) The Committee notes the problems experienced by some permanent missions in connection with the implementation of the Parking Programme and shall remain seized of the matter, with a view to continuously ensuring the proper implementation of the Programme in a manner that is fair, non discriminatory, effective and therefore consistent with international law;
(هـ) تحيط اللجنة علما بالمشاكل التي تواجهها بعض البعثات الدائمة بصدد تنفيذ برنامج وقوف السيارات، وستبقي هذه المسألة قيد نظرها، بغية مواصلة كفالة سلامة تنفيذ البرنامج بطريقة نزيهة وغير تمييزية وفعالة، وبالتالي متمشية مع القانون الدولي؛
