وقررت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تواصل مناقشاتها في دورتها التاسعة )انظرFCCC/SBI/1998/6، الفقرة ٢٣)ب((.

Requests the administering Power to continue its assistance for the improvement of the economic, social, educational and other conditions of the population of the Territory and to continue its discussions with the representatives of Pitcairn on how best to support its economic security;
تطلب إلى الدولة القائمة بالإدارة أن تواصل تقديم المساعدات من أجل تحسين أحوال سكان الإقليم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتعليمية وغيرها، وأن تواصل مناقشاتها مع ممثلي بيتكيرن حول أفضل الطرق لدعم الأمن الاقتصادي للإقليم؛

(b) The SBI concluded that further deliberations on these matters are needed, and decided to continue its discussions at its ninth session; and
