Another important fact to bear in mind was the publication of the first three editions of the abstract series on case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT) which would help to promote the uniform interpretation of the statutory texts governing trade between States.

Her delegation also appreciated the work done in the area of case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT) and agreed with the Commission's report that the collection of court decisions and arbitral awards would promote the uniform interpretation and application of the statutory texts of UNCITRAL, thereby contributing to the smooth conduct of international trade.
٣٧ - وقالت المتكلمة إنها تثني في هذا الصدد على اﻷعمال المنجزة في مجال قانون السوابق القضائية لنصوص اﻷونسيترال، ووافقت على ما ورد في تقرير اللجنة من استنتاج مفاده أن هذه المراجع القانونية تساعد على توحيد تفسير وتطبيق الصكوك الصادرة عن هذه الهيئة مما يساهم في إدارة شؤون التجارة الدولية دون مشاكل.

The representative of Belarus, the other co-sponsor, stressed that the advisory opinion of the Court would contribute to the uniform interpretation and application of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations regarding the use of force and to the strengthening of the mechanisms of the maintenance of international peace and security envisaged by the Charter.
42 - وشدد ممثل بيلاروس، المشارك الآخر في تقديم الاقتراح أن فتوى المحكمة ستسهم في توحيد تفسير وتطبيق أحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق باستخدام القوة وفي تعزيز آليات صون السلم والأمن الدوليين المنصوص عليه في الميثاق.

In the light of the fact that divergences in the interpretation of the Convention have been noted, it has been repeatedly suggested by users of that material that appropriate advice and guidance would be useful to foster a more uniform interpretation of the Convention.
